How much does it cost?
FREE ACCOUNT – For the general public who would like the opportunity to offer their item to our extensive network of buyers at no cost.
DEALER ACCOUNT – For dealerships who would like to offer their stock for sale but are not interested in receiving details of trade stock. The first month is free, you then have the option to pay £9.99 + VAT per month or you can save by paying £99 + VAT per year. You can make your selection when completing the form.
PREMIUM ACCOUNT – Full access to all features. The first month is free, you then have the option to pay £14.99 + VAT per month or you can save by paying £149 + VAT per year. You can make your selection when completing the form.
How long is the contract?
It is a month by month contract
After sign up when does my first payment go out?
The free account is free of charge, the dealer and premium accounts get the first month free so the first payment will go 1 month after sign up
Can I pay by direct debit?
Yes, this is the preferred payment method
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes
Can I pay by debit or credit card?
Yes, charges may apply
Is there a limit to how many items I list?
The free account is limited to one listing, dealer and premium accounts have no restriction.
How long will an item stay live?
Two weeks, you will receive a notification asking if you would like to relist
Can I ask other members if I’m looking for something in particular?
Yes, by visiting the wanted section and submitting a request (Does not apply to free accounts)
Can I see what other members are looking for?
Yes if you are a Premium user, by visiting the wanted section or viewing the email summaries. (Does not apply to Free or Dealer accounts)
Can I ask other traders advice (i.e. Transport companies to use etc)
Yes if you are a Premium user, via the ‘Ask a trader’ section (Does not apply to Free or Dealer accounts)
How often will I receive email summaries?
Most days if you are a Premium user, not so often for Dealer and Free users
Will email summaries include both offered and wanted items?
Yes for Premium users (Doesn’t apply to Dealer or Free users)
What do I do if I’m interested in an item?
Use the enquire section next to the item, this will contact the seller directly (Does not apply to Dealer or Free users)
Is the service accessible 24/7?
Yes
Why can’t I do it myself?
You can. However, our speciality is providing a system that enables you to easily offer, request and receive items from like-minded traders very simply at a very reasonable price, your time is probably better served elsewhere
